Returns & Refund Policy

At Vetrova Active, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.

💸 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items
    If your order arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund. 

  • Lost in Transit
    If your package is marked “lost in transit” in the tracking updates, you may apply for a full refund. If the package eventually arrives, it’s yours to keep — no need to return it.

  • Not Delivered Within 40 Days
    If your order hasn’t arrived within 40 days from the shipment date, you can request a full refund. If the product still arrives later, you may keep it.


🔁 Free Returns

Products marked "Free Returns" can be returned within 90 days of the order date. The first return on each order is free, up to 5 returns per month.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We’ll cover the return shipping on eligible items.

  • For items not marked "Free Returns," the buyer is responsible for return postage.
